Pediatric Rehabilitation of North Jersey

It is with great pride that we introduce to you Pediatric Rehabilitation of North Jersey. Since 1999, my staff and I have been providing highly specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to exceptional youngsters, ages birth through 18 yo. Our first site is located on Black Oak Ridge Road in Wayne, NJ. Furthermore, we are very excited to inform you that our second site is opening in Spring 2008 also in Wayne, NJ at 60 Owens Drive. This second site will be truly unique as it will not only have the standard PT, OT, and Speech therapy, we will also have AQUATIC THERAPY---in our one of a kind heated therapeutic pool which will be 100% Chlorine and Salt free (ECO Smarte).

In addition, we will also be running 6-9 week socialization classes for children with special needs which will be ran by a BCBG certified teacher and Speech therapist to address the communication/ socialization needs of each individual child. At the end of the program, parents will be able to take away strategies to integrate into their everyday life. Furthermore, while the children are in their classes, parents will be able to take part in the parent/family groups to talk about and problem solve issues that come with having a child with special needs. These groups will be run by a certified psychologist.

Furthermore, to truly address the needs of the total child, we will also have available state of the art AUDIOLOGIAL TESTING/ SERVICES. This will also include computer guided testing for children who are not able to verbally communicate, and who are cognitively involved. Last but not lease, we will also be providing a variety of Aquatic programs.
